We are incredibly excited to learn that two of DeltaQ’s leadership team have been announced as finalists in the AIRAH awards, to be announced on Tuesday November 10th.
Grace Foo is a finalist for the hotly contended Future Leader award for her pivotal role in government policy development work, such as the 2019 Section J revision, expansion of NABERS to other sectors, impact of changing climate on building energy and design, and future-proofing buildings for integration of distributed energy resources.
James Spears is a finalist for the W.R. Ahern Award, which recognises the best technical paper published in Ecolibrium (the official journal of AIRAH). James’ paper “Improving pump efficiency – A combination of regulation and good design” was published in the December 2019 edition. The paper explored the various factors that impact the overall efficiency of a pumping system and presented an empirical model to help predict the best achievable efficiency for a given pressure and flow.
Join us on Tuesday, November 10 at 4.40pm AEDT as the awards ceremony is broadcast. Register here to tune into the broadcast for free.
